As an IT Team Lead, you are responsible for both the technical leadership and people management of a multidisciplinary team composed of IT architects, ArcGIS Enterprise experts, and developers. You ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with best practices in system integration and IT architecture, while playing a key role in supporting the sales of Esri products, helping customers grow their usage and maturity of GIS solutions, and guiding them in their technological and strategic journey.

You lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team (architects, ArcGIS experts, developers), provide strong technical leadership on complex integration and IT architecture projects (including high availability, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes), define and validate architectural decisions aligned with business and technical requirements, and challenge the team’s technical proposals to ensure robustness, scalability, and performance.

You oversee the implementation of solutions based on ArcGIS Enterprise and their integration into existing systems, promote best practices in DevOps, security, performance, and code quality, ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to commitments, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and sales teams.

You bring strong expertise in system integration and IT architecture, with solid experience across cloud, hybrid, and microservices-based ecosystems.

You have advanced hands-on knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise and its broader ecosystem, allowing you to design and deliver powerful, scalable GIS solutions.

You are comfortable navigating development environments, including APIs and web services, and you understand how to connect systems in a way that is both efficient and future-proof.

Your solid understanding of security, performance, and scalability challenges ensure that the solutions you contribute to are not only functional, but resilient and built to last.
