As our HR Manager and member of the Management Team, you’ll be at the heart of building a thriving, high-performing organization. Together with our Recruiter and Payroll Administrator (part of the Finance Team), you’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle — from talent attraction to performance, growth, and engagement.

Focus areas
1. Performance Management (in partnership with managers)
- Design and implement a performance management framework that supports clarity, growth, and accountability.
- Coach and empower managers to set SMART goals, define relevant KPIs, and lead meaningful performance conversations with their teams.
- Guide managers in identifying and addressing performance challenges constructively — through improvement plans, training, or career development.
- Monitor overall performance and use insights to support leadership in workforce and talent decisions.
2. Culture, Wellbeing & Values

3. Learning, Development & Careers
- dentify training needs and design impactful learning programs.
- Support employees in shaping and pursuing their career paths.

- Defining and structuring a traineeship and onboarding program for Young Graduates to quickly become operational through practical projects, training, and certification.
4. Reward & Recognition
- Review and adjust salaries based on competences, experience, and market data.
- Design bonus and incentive programs that reward high performance.
5. Workforce Planning
- Conduct competency analyses to align workforce capabilities with future business needs.
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted plans to bridge them.
- Partner with management to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
6. Employer Branding, Culture & Onboarding
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen our employer brand, both internally and externally.
- Define our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that reflects who we are and what we stand for.
- Bring our culture to life and position our company through authentic storytelling and employee voices.
- Ensure new hires understand our culture, strategy, values, and expectations from day one.
- Build a strong sense of belonging and engagement from the start.
7. Recruitment
- Oversee and guide the Recruiter to ensure an effective, candidate-focused hiring process.
- Ensure a seamless handover from recruitment to onboarding for a great new-hire experience.
Who are you?
- ·You have 5+ years of HR experience and a strong background in performance, people development, or change management.
- You are fluent in FR/DU/EN
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset — confident in both people and business conversations.
- Passionate about building culture, developing talent, and driving change with empathy and energy.
