The Digital & Lead Management Specialist drives Esri BeLux’s digital marketing performance by designing and optimizing data-driven campaigns across digital channels.
Focus areas
As a Digital & Lead Management Specialist, you play a key role in turning marketing data into business impact. You make performance visible, understandable, and actionable, helping Marketing and Sales work smarter together.
You design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable results. From paid search to SEO, email marketing, and website optimization, you orchestrate end-to-end digital journeys that convert audiences into opportunities.
Data is at the heart of what you do. You build clear Power BI dashboards, track KPIs across channels, and transform insights into concrete improvements. Your analyses guide decisions, optimize ROI, and support management with transparent reporting.
You also shape high-quality digital experiences. You create engaging email campaigns, segment audiences for relevant messaging, and ensure data hygiene and GDPR compliance. You keep the website fresh, performant, and conversion-focused, while continuously improving landing pages and user journeys.
As a key user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you structure and improve lead management processes, qualify leads before handover to Sales, and help teams get the most value from marketing technologies. You share best practices, support adoption, and contribute to the continuous evolution of tools and processes.
Finally, you take ownership of your projects. You manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, respect timelines and budgets, and continuously improve based on results. You don’t just execute campaigns, you make them perform.
Who are you?
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing
- Min. 5 years experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business / Management, Data Analytics / Business Intelligence OR equivalent experience in a digital marketing / marketing operations role
- Bilingual FR/NL-NL/FR + strong English.
- Understanding of digital channels : SEO, SEM, social media, email, web, paid advertising, campaign planning, and digital strategy.
- Principles of project management, event planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to analyse marketing data; knowledge of KPIs and ROI measurement.
- Strong experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot), marketing automation tools, CMS (WordPress, Drupal), analytics tools (Google Analytics, AEM), Paid Media Tools (Search console, keywords tools, analytics).
