What will your day look like


In this role, you will be a key member of the sales department and work closely with your manager to manage a strategic client portfolio.

You will play a central role in the smooth execution of the sales process, taking on both commercial and administrative responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of clients in Wallonia
  • Monitoring maintenance contracts, renewals, and software licenses
  • Managing and tracking orders
  • Conducting regular visits with your clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Understanding your clients’ strategic objectives and aligning GIS solutions with their needs
  • Working closely with customer service and the sales teams

You will help your clients fully leverage the potential of GIS solutions, identify innovative use cases, and maximize the value of their investment in the Esri platform.

A comprehensive training program on our products and the GIS field will be provided to support your development and expertise.

Your profile


  • Master’s degree in Agronomy, Geography, Geology, Bioscience Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in French and English is required — Dutch is a plus
  • Experience in GIS is a strong asset — geospatial mindset
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Autonomous with a proactive mindset
  • Strong team spirit, particularly within the sales department (sales, customer service, etc.)
  • Proactive in problem-solving and in addressing client needs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex orders and licensing structures
  • Interest in technical aspects to understand and explain product and service features
