What will your day look like?
In this role, you will be a key member of the sales department, working closely with the Sales Manager for Luxembourg to manage a portfolio of client accounts.
You will play a central role in the smooth running of the sales process, handling both commercial and administrative responsibilities.
You will be a driving force in developing our client base through proactive commercial actions. This position also serves as a link between our clients and the customer service/sales department, with a focus on maintenance contracts, renewals, and Esri software licenses.

As an Account Manager, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive training program on our products and the GIS domain.
You will be responsible for specific market segments and will also visit your clients. You will act as a point of contact for our GIS clients and suppliers, managing and following up on orders.
What's your profile?
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in French and English is required (knowledge of other languages such as German or Luxembourgish is a plus).
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills; previous experience in marketing or sales and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Business Central) are assets.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Autonomy and a proactive mindset.
- Team spirit, especially within the sales department (sales team, customer service, etc.).
- Proactivity in solving problems and managing client needs.
- Good analytical skills and ability to handle complex orders and licenses.
- Technical awareness to understand and explain product and service features.
- Minimum Bac+2 degree or equivalent.
